At Epomaker, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your mechanical keyboard and accessories. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate a Return Request
Contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all keycaps, switches, cables, and manuals that were included in the box.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or send the package via a trackable shipping service to the return address provided by our support team.
- 4.Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware for damage, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
